Where the name Fullerton comes from

The city is named for William C. “Fullerton” Drury, who was a partner in the Drury & Company mercantile business in Los Angeles. Drury was a member of the Los Angeles Common Council from 1854 to 1855, and also served as Treasurer of Los Angeles County from 1857 to 1858. Aqueduct Racetrack & Casino
